How a Phone Call Turns Into a Roof Visit

Pick up the phone and tell us what your roof is doing. We'll ask a few plain questions so we know what we're walking into. If the building is a business with a flat or low-slope roof, say so, because that calls for a different kind of check. Before we hang up, we settle on a day to come out.

On site, we get up on the roof, look over the decking and flashing, and snap photos of anything worth showing you. Thinking about a new material?
